Prenatals before conceiving
Do any of you guys know of any good prenatals to take prior to conceiving? I’m currently taking these below
but everyone’s been telling me to get prenatals with folic acid to reduce the risk of birth defects.. do any of you guys know of any good prenatals to take that aren’t too expensive? or will I be fine if I continue to take these (I have about 85+ tablets left) and purchase a bottle of folic acid vitamins itself and just take both?
