Nausea/throwing up
Does anyone have any recommendations to calm it? I’ve had a really bad day and just threw up for the 4th time causing some blood to be in my throw up from what I’m assuming my esophagus being irritated. I can’t hold anything down. Not even water. Please help! 😭😣🤢
