First time mommy! Help!!

I am 4 days late and after my first day of my missed period which was supposed to be the third of this month, I test positive very faint line and by the 6th it got a whole lot darker. So I went to the doctor yesterday for blood work.

And they confirmed I tested positive. My hcg levels are at 47.93

Did a transvaginal ultrasound and didn’t see anything yet because I’m so early.

This is my first so I’m just needing some reassurance that I’m okay and not worry.

The doctor wasn’t really reassuring.

So my nerves are on edge.

I go back Thursday to check my hcg levels again.

I know the gestational sac doesn’t show until I reach 1000.

But I haven’t had any implantation bleeding. Is that normal?

By my cramps are mild and feels like it’s being stretched.

I know some women don’t have implantation bleeding

But I was just curious.
