Vitex !?!?!?

Question

My husband and I have been ttc for over a year now . I have PCOS and barely even have periods . Our Obgyn won’t help us by giving me cloned or anything of the sort , she wants me to take birth control for 3 months , stop it and try to conceive for 3 months without help . I’ve heard and read that Vitex helps fertility . Anyone have any advice or success stories ? Thank you in advanced for the comments ❤️

Instead of vitex maybe looking into myo inositol and d-chiro? I had a really bad case of pcos. Periods would disappear for months. Weight gain , hair growth, mood swings etc. I did take vitex but didn’t really like it. I switched to Myo & D chiro inositol in October of 2016. Its helped me ovulate and my cycles are 28 days every month and they come on gime  I had 70+ day cycles! I never had anything lower than 38. It’s serves same purpose as metformin.

On day number 2 of taking Vitex. I'm wondering about the side effects. I already can tell a huge difference with energy. I feel so hyper lol
Other then that no side effects so far. I'm really nervous about gaining weight. I'll make a post on here to see what side effects others have had.
