Cramping 5 minutes apart all day?

Hi all, I’ve been cramping 5-10 minutes apart most of the day, pretty sure they are contractions.

I had a doctors appt this evening and I was 3-4 cm dilated and 80% effaced. We have an appt tomorrow morning where we are scheduled for c section.

We are 1.5 hours away from the hospital we will deliver at and I’m nervous that I will go into labor tonight!

Anyone else have relatively consistent cramping like this?
