my last period was march 22nd-27th i’m irregular but my last two periods came this time just a few months apart

i started bc the 27th and stopped taking it the third i couldn’t eat without throwing up

i have been getting these really bad cramps for days now that hurt horribly every so often, acne, and i’m so tired.

what is going on with me? this has never happened before i’m scared.

i had creamy red tint discharge too.
