4 days late on Paragard

hey ladies!

So I had sex with my SO and he accidentally got some of his semen in and around me before completely finishing on me, I have been super bloated and cramping every now and then, my breasts have been sore and I'm starting to really worry that I may be pregnant

any advice would help!
