Acid reflux remedies...?

Anyone got anything that works? I have a constant horrible taste in my mouth and acid reflux in my throat. Have tried drinking milk/antacids.

Tums, almond milk and frequent small meals. When that stopped working they prescribed Prevacid.

For the horrible taste anything sweet I can chew or suck on. Currently looking for something sugar free. Tums are working for my acid reflux.

Eating small meals. I get the worst reflux when I’m full.
