Possible perineal tear or infection (HELP!!)

Good afternoon ladies,

Soooo for the last month I haven’t had sex with my significant other ... due to stress and other things.

We finally had sex last Thursday and Friday , sex was amazing however I started hurting Friday evening (the perineal area below the vaginal opening and anus) now I thought I had a yeast infection , but I fear it may be worse than that.

I do not burn when I pee, but that area stings when I urinate and I can’t bear the pain of wiping that area (it’s inflamed or torn.. I think)

My pain is from 1-10 is a 9!

My doctor appointment is today but I wanted some advice on what you guys thing it is .

I’ve never had a STD before so I’m hoping and praying that isn’t the case

I asked my partner and he says he supposedly havent been with anyone else but I highly doubt that during that month we didn’t not have sex ...

We’ve had sex plenty of times before but I never felt like this after until recently (last week)
