Need immediate help

Two weeks ago I noticed quite hard lump in my left breast. Got ultrasound done and it said 3cm and 6 mm Hypoechoic solid nodules. They suggested for biopsy. One week to go foe the appointment. But its really hard for me to wait. I was exclusively breastfeeding my 4 months old. But now doing only right side. My doc asked me to pump and dump the lumpy breast. I feel stabbing pains and the hard lump is getting bigger i think. Anybody had this kind of experience? Is it only a cyst or something bad? I dont feel fever but generally m feverish and vertigo in the evening. And my nipple has gone smaller regardless regular breastfeeding
