Blabbing about my period lol

So every time I have sex I get soo paranoid 🤦🏻‍♀️ for no reason . So I’m supposed to be getting my period today and I had sex yesterday and when I got home their was some spotting, I had sooo much pain in my stomach and back and couldn’t get any sleep last night. This morning I wake up thinking my period was going to be HEAVY but there was NOTHING there. 🙄 I always tend to get super anxious when my period doesn’t come on exactly when I think it will.
