Hmmmmmmmmm

Ok ladies... I have had sex like 5 times this week and last week. I still have a few days untill my period should start... I think.... Anyway. I checked my cm today and it was sticky. A couple hours later i was a little crampy on my right side and my abdomen. I checked my cm again and there was very light blood. I have been having heart burn off and on. By breasts aren't sore. I'm tired. And so on.... Anyway, is this implantation bleeding? Or the start of my period?
