It truly is all mental. When I quit for vacation I was super pissy and craving it so much. When I quit because I knew I had to pass a drug test or face consequences I didn’t feel any problems AND i had been smoking longer. Mind over matter my friend.

mostly insomnia, and lack of appetite whenever I stop smoking. Before I started smoking I got an average 4.5 hours of sleep if I was lucky but now I smoke a heavy indica strain before bed, relax while listening to music, and sleep 9 hours. If I stop smoking I can go three days with only about 4 hours of sleep. It's less withdrawal and more of a return of my severe insomnia. Weed helps better than the benzodiazepine I was prescribed and I'd much rather be stoned before bed and wake up feeling fresh than wake up sluggish and depressed from benzos so I dont think I'll be quitting anytime soon 🤷🏽‍♀️
