I have almost the same but with oat cereal.. and my ped told me that that reaction is not consider allergy, is just a reaction in the skin that will pass with time... so she told.me that I can give her the cereal.. trying to keep her mouth clean... and that seems to work... actually she enjoys very much her cereal bowls with fruits and peanut butter that I prepare...

This happened right after my son got the Hep A vaccine. I never gave it to him again and his reactions stopped and he can eat eggs all the time now.
