Is self care just not possible when our babies are this young? I barely have enough time to change my clothes everyday, let along work out and properly take care of myself. I get so discouraged when I see other moms who can do it all, but I’m over here with a fussy baby who doesn’t sleep and I can barely get through the day. It’s definitely taking a toll on me and I just want to feel better!
