Define a living wage first.  Not all jobs are worth $15/hr. Companies will just buy robots

The difference between minimum wage and living wage are definitely different. 
Living wage is informal and cannot be legally enforced like a minimum wage. 
I think minimum wage is appropriate for jobs that require the most minimal of skills to preform. Often jobs that high school and college students can maintain while also being a full time student. 
I do think that if you work a full time job that requires skill, you should be paid an according living wage. If you are an employer and expect skilled work you should provide the pay and benefits befitting of that labor.
