Copper IUD help

So I got my paragard put in on Monday and I just went to feel the strings for the first time and they feel insanely low. Like I don’t even have to reach up to my cervix to feel them.. when I do touch my cervix I can feel where the strings are thicker but I don’t think I feel the paragard... I’m not sure though.. would it be hard? How would I know if it has come out? Could my strings just be a little long? I’ve called my OB and I’m waiting to hear back... please help
