My primary dr prescribed me prenatals. I told her I have a really hard time swallowing pills, always have. I asked her to prescribe something other than a pill but she did not. I tried to get in touch with her at the office but my dr office is horrible to call, never got through to her.

My question is are the over the counter pre natal gummies okay until my first appt with the ob/gyn? I've been taking them all along so far even before we conceived. Or should I keep trying to get something new prescribed in the meantime?
