Terrified of birth!

Okay so I know it's normal to have anxiety about birth but I am TERRIFIED. I'm 30 weeks next Tuesday and it's all getting so much closer. I'm terrified something will happen before I have him. That I will wake up in the middle of the night and hes no longer moving. Or that when I go into labor something will happen where they have to choose between my life and his. Idk I know it's a little dramatic but I just want him here and healthy and the thought of something happening gives me EXTREME anxiety. Just looking for some encouragement and experiences to help me get through these last few months. Just want my baby boy as healthy as possible💕
