What's the earliest you can hear the heart beat?

My last pregnancy was ectopic and I was 7 weeks when I found that out so i never got the chance to hear it..this will be baby #1 and I'm 5wks and 4d now.

My first pregnancy heard it at 5w6d with transvaginal ultrasound.

We saw my sons at 5w6d, heard it at 7w

I was 6/1 I think with my first pregnancy, which was ectopic. We saw it, we didn't hear it. Break our hearts .
