Anyone else have a screamer?

My daughter is just over 4 months old and has started to scream really loudly. Not sure if she is finding her voice or if she is doing it for fun! Absolutely drives me bonkers. Anyone else? Or, any tips on how to curb it? Thanks!

My baby does the same thing. She could just be laying playing on the floor and she starts screaming. She isn’t upset she just screams

Yup, she started at her 3.5 months... very loud... she does when she wants our attention 😁

My daughter is 5 months and if were busy and not paying attention to her, she will look at us and screech at the top of her lungs until we play with her.

My son literally does this every morning once I put him in his bouncer. We think it's so funny.

Glad it’s not only me then! Honestly goes right through me. She starts off low pitched and then gets super high pitched as soon as she gets frustrated or wants something. I’m contemplating ear plugs for my sanity lol

I think it sounds more like a screech LOL slowly growing in intensity until it turns into a cry. Usually it starts out as a happy Screech but then she doesn't get her way like with a toy not fitting in her mouth and she loses it LOL I think it just a way of communication right now until they get better at it

Ivy is the same but more of a screaming screech! Goes right though me!
