Chemical pregnancy question

How long did your “false pregnancy hormone” last in you for? I missed my period Feb 28 and I went to the hospital at about 6w pregnant (due to mild cramps) and they told me I had a missed miscarriage (I got an ultrasound and a vaginal ultrasound done). It’s been 3w since I last seen that doctor and I’m still having sore breasts, stomach aches (here and there), I still have milky pregnancy discharge as well. I tested recently like 4 days ago and my pregnancy tests are still showing up positive.. I haven’t got not one single negative. I should be 10w pregnant today and I’m really confused with what’s going on with my body. I’ve never had this problem and I am a mother of 1. I haven’t bleed at all through this pregnancy either. I do my my appointment set with the OB on the 21st. Has anyone gone through the same situation as me?
