Hey mamas! I’m almost 12 weeks pregnant with our second baby!

A little back story.. our son is 13 months old and the most amazing little boy! I was induced with him at 41 weeks & 2 days. I was already having contractions that I couldn’t feel so they gave me the Foley bulb and after that fell out (about 2 hours after they put it in) they started pitocin. Around 6 centimeters they broke my water and soon after I asked for the epidural. My induction started around 2 am and I was pushing around 445 pm. Well, I pushed for about an hour and 15-30 min and you could see baby’s head coming out and going back in. I wasn’t tired, I was ready to keep pushing. But, his heart rate dropped with each contraction and he was face up. My dr said he’d like to do a c section before it was a major emergency. Through tears, I agreed! I just wanted him to be safe! After the c section my dr said my pelvic bone is more narrow so that (and the fact that he was face up) is why he wasn’t coming out.

So, now that I’m pregnant again I want to do everything in my power for a successful VBAC. PLEASE give me success stories, things that helped you, everything! I’m thinking about switching to another dr office with midwives.
