Does labor feel like a bad stomach ache?

I’ve been having stomach pains the past three days and today it’s really bad. It’s just comes in waves though. It feels like I need to go to the bathroom but nothing comes out. It feels like I just have a bad stomach ache with cramps. 
Is it just a stomach ache or pre labor?

I’m currently sitting in the hospital with contractions. I’d describe it more like a rolling pin rolling over your whole uterus, and then later - a truck lol. There are also some period like cramps that go with it

No, labor does not feel like a bad stomachache.

Make sure you're drinking a lot of water! Give your OB a call if it continues or gets worse but not, in my case labor did not feel that way. However, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Gow many weeks are you, period like cramps is normal and it's the early stage of labour which could last weeks🤷🏼‍♀️. Contractions are horrible and you will be able to tell the difference. Time them and see how close it comes and speak to your doctor x

My whole labor I would describe as a bad stomachache/ about to have horrible diarrhea pains! Seriously I didn’t know I was in labor until it kept up for 15 hours at home and I had my bloody show and then I labored longer at home before my husband Made me go in
