Why do my hands keep going to sleep!?

My hands keep going to sleep and I don’t know why. They will be going to sleep when I’m on my phone, when I push a cart at Walmart, when I’m doing dishes, even when I’m doing my makeup! It doesn’t matter what I’m doing! It only last for a couple of seconds until I put my hands down by my side.

They don’t do it at the same time ,but it’s like they take turns.

I’ve been checked for diabetes ,so I know it’s not that.

Does anyone know what it could be from or if it’s normal!?
