35 weeks and napping

I've gotten myself in a bad habit of 'napping' from about 3pm to 6pm everyday. There are days where I could just sleep from 3pm to the next morning.

The exhaustion is real.

I don't have a thyroid and all my blood work is always fine so it's nothing medical.

My boyfriend let's me sleep.

We don't have any kids, just the one on the way.

I'm already thinking about my nap after work today but I really need to get out of this habit 😣
