I know you can have a small cup every day but is cold brew okay? I just really want Starbucks

The caffeine content of cold brew is much more concentrated than regular iced coffee.  Starbucks lists the amount of caffeine in each beverage on their website I think.  Just have less than 200mg and you’ll be ok
