Early Pregnancy Hot Flashes 😩🔥🔥
Anybody else feel like they’re burning from the inside out?! How do you manage hot flashes? I’m a nurse and I’m on my feet and moving around for almost my entire 12.5 hour shifts. I’m always hot and kind of sweaty. Any suggestions?
