Should I be worried?

So yesterday I had my first appointment with my fertility doctor, been ttc for almost 4 years. When they did an ultrasound and bloodwork, both showed that I had recently ovulated, though I don’t know how recently. I’m on cycle day 68 so that came as a pleasant surprise! However that evening I had some mild cramping and I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. Is my period going to start so soon after ovulating, or is this implantation cramping?
