Anyone know if the cervix position - whether it’s high or low determines if you’re pregnant or not? Or like how accurate that is?

I heard if it’s high and soft then you’re ovulating and if it stays high then you’ve conceived. But if it goes down to low then you have no conceived and you’ll get your period?

My cervix was high when I was ovulating and it is still high and I am now 3 days late for my period. I tested when I was 1 day late around noon and it was negative.. so Im curious if anyone knows how accurate the cervix position is??
