Call your OB to be seen at triage. It is worth checking out. However do not go the ER. That is a bill you don't want to just be told use a heating pad and hydrate. 
If you are bleeding profusely ( soaking through 2 or more pads in an hour) then ER otherwise urgent care or OB triage is appropriate.

Like others have said, call your doctor. The ER is for emergencies and there's nothing they can do this early.
