sun poisoning scars? please help!

so april of last year (just over a year ago now) i got what i assume was sun poisoning pretty bad. we were in florida, i was on antibiotics for an ear infection. i didn’t know that antibiotics make you more susceptible to sunburn and my mom totally forgot about it (i had just turned 18 so yes i was still listening to mama lol). anyways. first pic is when it first happened. the next pics are today. when i’m in the sun for too long or even after i take a hot shower (pictured) the scars flare up and get red again. is this normal? how long does it last? i’m over here paranoid i’ve for skin cancer or something 🙄🙄
