First loss...

I had a miscarriage today... I’m really struggling with how I should feel since it was so early (7.5 weeks) but I got attached... I’m unable to take any time off of work, and no one at work knew yet so I’m nervous that I won’t be able to act like nothing is wrong when all I want to do is cry
