Advice Anyone?

So I was diagnosed this last December with severe endometriosis and phase 2 dysplasia. My fiancé and I are trying for our first little miracle. I am on prenatals and putting my legs up after sex. Can anyone give me any advice for how we can try and get our little miracle? We will try ANYTHING. But we would like to try the old fashion way before we get Into the medical part of it, that will bring up more medical bills. Please if anyone is going through the same thing and has conceived give us ideas that may have helped you!
