I need to know PLEASE!!!

I went into the hospital today because about 10am I started cramping and the pain of it just kept getting worse and worse...then and hour after cramping I started bleeding i haven’t had ANY blood clots at all (not even little specks of clots)! The blood was brown all day and I barely even get anything in the panty liner I have on and its somewhat darker when I wipe but still no clots! I have had 2 previous miscarriages 1 in 2017 and the last one was February 2019 and I just recently found out I was pregnant again! I go back in 2 days to the hospital because I haven’t gotten a OB doctor yet! I’ve stopped cramping and the blood is very minimal now!
