Im suffering

FTM BFM daughter is 6 months old.

So i'm not overweight really (maybe a little bit)

But i'm just not comfortable with myself and where im at physically.

Im not very good at keeping up with exercising. Like I'll do it for a few days and then I'll not manage to one day and ill be done. I think the longest I went was like a week and a few days.

I guess im hoping someone can help me stay motivated or some tips and tricks on how to keep going. I really wanna be in better shape for my daughter, ... But im just lazy.

Any help is appreciated but not expected.
