I got really excited and thought there was a Dunkin Doughnuts diet. I’m sure you can imagine why Keto didn’t work for me. 🤣 On a serious note, I’ve heard good and bad about Keto but the scary stories scare me which is why I opted for trying a low carb diet set up for me by my dietician cousin and I did really well on it! I even managed to regulate my insulin levels on my own through my everyday diet.
