NTD- help

Hello,

I got a call from my doctor advising me that my blood work came back abnormal and that it says there are markers for Neural tube defect. I’m freaking out because now I have to go for more test, but I leave for two weeks tomorrow on a vacation. So when I get the testing done and the results I will be 24/25 weeks. What would you do? I mean I think despite what the results are we would continue the pregnancy. So I guess when the test get done (it won’t matter as I’ve made up my mind) BUT my question is has anyone had “high markers” for NTD and it be nothing?
