I knew it was coming. At my appointment a week ago I found out baby stopped growing and there was no heartbeat. The doctor said if I didn’t have any bleeding or anything by this Friday we would schedule a D&C. I didn’t have anything all week. Now here I am the night before my appointment cramping and bleeding.. Now it’s real.. there is no more hope. I carried my baby for 11 weeks and 6 days... I just feel so crushed
