Miscarriage 8 weeks 3 days - D&C

I am just so numb....can’t eat or sleep as we found out today when we Went in for our 8 week 3 day ultrasound just to find out baby stopped growing and no heartbeat....I’m at a loss for words....been trying for 7 years (have PCOS) and this makes angel baby #4....this was the farthest we have made it and I do not understand....prayers appreciated....just want answers and for this pain to go away....go for D&C in about 11 hours and I just feel like this is a bad dream I can’t wake up from...........
