Swelling and pressure

So I know this may be tmi but my vagina has been swelling a lot lately and it feels like it will explode. We looked last night and it’s purple and swollen and it’s got three what look like blisters but aren’t hurting. Should I cal the doctor and have them look? This is my second kid and I didn’t have this with my daughter.
