I just want to know 🤪

So my husband & I have been trying to get pregnant & I'm so excited for it to happen. I really think I might be, I always am on time for my period almost never late & finally I am 3 days late so I got so excited that I may really be pregnant, I decided to finally let myself take a pregnancy test on the 2nd day of missed period, and well it was a big negative. I am so sad, but it's now the 3rd day still no period & I just really think I could be pregnant still. Is there still a good chance I am?!?! I dont know if I should be disappointed or still excited it might still be happening?!?! Ugh I just wanna know I am so bad 😊
