Lip Tie
My 3 week old newborn has a lip tie unsure about tongue tie. My pediatrician (GP) does not recommend frenotomy as she's gaining weight and breastfeeding ok. Dr said that they usually stretch and does not require surgical interventions. I do notice some sore nipples sometimes and her lips having some blisters. Just wondering has anyone gone against GP's recommendation and went ahead to a pediatric dentist to get it snipped?
