Can't keep her diaper on. Help please.

*Edit at bottom*

So my daughter is almost 13m old, she is way to freaking smart. (Weve had to change babygates 3 times because she figured put how to open the first 2)

In her sleep and right after waking up from her naps before she gets fussy and wants out of her crib she will take off her shirt, her pants, onesies, shorts, dresses, anything and also if wet or dirty she will unwrap, remove, and dissect her diaper.

We started making sure to put bottoms on her and that only slowed her down for a few days before she adapted.

Tried putting them on backwards- if she couldn't get the straps she will pull them down and off like pants.

Tried making them tighter - no luck.

She will do it while shes awake sometimes if we dont change her wet diaper within a few minutes of her deciding shes done. (She does not sit in a wet/dirty diaper for hours or anything like that)

We use pamper swaddlers that pull the moisture off her, she doesnt have diaper rash or any irritation.

She just seems fascinated by the diapers and loves being naked.

Just not sure how to keep them on her untill she outgrows the facination/potty trains.

Any suggestions?

Photo for giggles. *yes she was wearing that long sleeve shirt when she was put down.*

***Edit***

Thank you everyone for the suggestions, I will call the pediatrician back on monday with an update on her actions and see if he has suggestions. She doesnt always let us know when shes wet but stinks always are. And she knows that when momma says shes gotta go potty or pee she will squeal and run from anywhere we are in the house to the stairs then once I get there and open the gate she flies up the stairs and runs right to the bathroom. So she has the associations down to some extent.

We will just have to figure out where to put her training potty since the only bathroom is upstairs and it is tiny with no room for it in there.

I've helped potty train boys before but never girls so I'll take any tips that worked well for you guys.

(I am gonna get the mypotty toilet that looks like a smaller version of a real toilet at Walmart for her when we start the training since she knows our toilet is where mommy goes potty/makes her stinkies)

Here she is bringing me "dah-dees Shooo" ❤
