Late period negative test?? help!

Period was suppose to start on Tuesday... two days before my period was suppose to start (last Sunday) I spotted very lightly. (My period is normally heavy so I know it wasn’t my period) today is Saturday and I have tested everyday since Wednesday and have gotten negative test. I’ve been having a lot of nausea and fatigue but I don’t know if it’s just all in my head since I’m 4 days late. Normally my period is right on the day! I’m sick of waiting and testing... I just want to know. What do y’all think?
