TTC with unexplained infertility

Is there anyone out there that consistently has mid cycle spotting?? For almost 2 years I start to spot about a week before my period. My ob/gyn and now my fertility dr cannot give me a reason. I think it's hormonal and something is out of balance. I have tried 3 rounds of femara and ovidrel and am still not pregnant. The last two cycles my spotting started again with the third cycle spotting being earlier than the 2nd. I am beyond disgusted with my entire reproduction system. Has anyone experienced this? And what do I do about it?! Do I need more progesterone? Not having any answers is the worst part! On paper everything looks great with me and my partner. No reason at all why we can't conceive. But something is going on and I feel like no one will listen to me. I have never had breakthrough bleeding or spotting until 2 years ago when I was 32. I just feel like the underlying cause of the spotting is also why I'm not getting pregnant and I need some answers
