Advice ? Kinda TMI

So I haven’t had a period since March . And on May 10th I wake up to get ready to work and I see blood so I’m assuming it’s my period . So I clean myself up and whatnot , I get to work , do my job . Then I eventually I went to the bathroom and the blood stops . So then the days goes by and I get home , and still no blood , now it’s the 12th and still no blood . What could this mean ? I was only bleeding for about a hour or two . And I’ve also been having mild cramps .
