Is your little one potty trained?

If yes, what are your tips and tricks?! We will be trying hard here a few weeks to train our little girl. She’s been using the potty off and on but still wears a diaper. It would be SO nice for her to be out of diapers by the time her sister arrive. Thanks!

I’m due for my second in 6 weeks and I’ve had all my friends say don’t train them when a new baby’s coming because they usually regress and go backwards again. I’m in Australia so I’ve decided to wait until summers up again so it’s easier to just be in jocks and less clothes. My son will be 2 1/2 by then so I think that he’ll be 100% ready.

We're almost there. We are at the point where we now let him sleep with no bottoms on and he has had an accident yet we make him use the potty before nap and bed

No but we will start in a few weeks. He’ll move up in day care and they only do pull ups in that class. From what i hear pull ups are expensive!!! So I hope he’s ready. He likes to follow the crowd and all the other kids go so hopefully he does too. He can pee on command (sounds like a dog haha) and tells us when he poops. I’ll let you know how it goes!

Our son will be 2 on the first and around 18 months he peed on his potty a few times but hasn’t since! We don’t want to force him because then he won’t want him to get scared or not want to at all. The past few days he has been taking his diaper off when he is wet and we sit him down each time but he has not gone again yet. When he is ready he will go.

We stopped cold turkey from bottles a couple months before his first birthday. He still gets milk twice a day and uses a bottle like cup but it’s a sippy cup.
