RohGam shot

I had to have a RohGam shot earlier this year but was having a failing pregnancy at the time anyways. So im wondering if I'm going to need it again with this pregnancy? I'm 6 weeks today and I'm spotting bright red with a little bit of white discharge..im super concerned right now 😭
