Could I be pregnant on the IUD?

I just had a baby 8 months ago and have been breastfeeding this whole time! I’ve always been tired, but lately I am EXHAUSTED. To the point where I don’t want to go anywhere or do anything. I also have been very hungry. I out eat my husband 😂 and have been moody lately as well. I have the Mirena IUD.

This all could be a coincidence but I’m super paranoid. I know I should obviously get a test, but what do you think?
